چکیده
The Rising Incidents of Antibiotic Resistance has been increasing at an exponential rate in recent years, and since it is often caused by rampant misuse drugs such as Penicillin, many bacterial species E. coli have able to mutate gain Multi-Drug Extended Drug (XDR) - form what otherwise known Superbugs. main purpose the research investigate efficacy Allopathic Drugs Compared Natural herbs treating pathogenic colonies, so find alternative reduce antibiotic resistance. Using experimental analysis, this study analysed effectiveness allopathic natural herbs, culture. experiment was carried out over a span 14 days, with readings taken on every consecutive 2-day period. measured respect zone inhibition, results were compared for any resistance developed. drug, Azithromycin, hypothesized found be most effective culture, but few resistant strains observed. However, like Tea tree oil not far behind, only colonies showed against them. Erythromycin Garlic effective. This answers questions alternatives different substances. Further studies are however needed establish mechanism these substances develop preventative measures

Ciprofloxacin is one of the most widely used antibiotics for the treatment of several infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria, like E. coli. Changes in gyrA, encoding GyrA subunit of DNA gyrase, cause the resistance to ciprofloxacin. Some ciprofloxacin resistant gyrA mutants acquired constitutive expression of marRAB operon due to the gaining mutations in marR, a repressor of this operon...

متن کاملNatural solution to antibiotic resistance: bacteriophages ‘The Living Drugs’
Antibiotics have been a panacea in animal husbandry as well as in human therapy for decades. The huge amount of antibiotics used to induce the growth and protect the health of farm animals has lead to the evolution of bacteria that are resistant to the drug's effects. Today, many researchers are working with bacteriophages (phages) as an alternative to antibiotics in the control of pathogens fo...
متن کاملRapid determination of antibiotic resistance in E. coli using dielectrophoresis.
In recent years, infections due to antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and ciprofloxacin-resistant Escherichia coli are on the rise, and with them the demand for rapid antibiotic testing is also rising. Conventional tests, such as disc diffusion testing, require a primary sample to be tested in the presence of a number of antibiotics to v...
